These Terms govern purchases of hardware devices from CLAYTON IT LTD (Company No. 08270166). By ordering from our site, you agree to these Terms.

No financial services

We sell non‑custodial hardware devices only. We do not offer custodial storage, crypto exchange, staking, yield products or investment advice. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice.

Orders and pricing

• Prices are shown in GBP and may change without notice.
• Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation.
• We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or for suspected fraud.

Payments

Payments are processed by third parties (e.g., PayPal). We do not store full payment card data.

Shipping

• We ship worldwide where permitted by law. Delivery times are estimates.
• Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your seed phrase and passphrases safe. We cannot recover lost secrets.
• Use devices according to the documentation and local laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLAYTON IT LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or losses arising from misuse of devices or loss of private keys.
